Do you shoot both photo and video?
Yes — both. Most of my work is commercial photography for businesses: products, food, advertising, real estate and business portraits. I also produce video — promos, property tours and short vertical content for social media. If a project needs both, we can often cover photo and video in the same visit.
How much does it cost?
Projects start at $400. The final price depends on the scope: time on site, how many photos or videos you need, and the location. Before you commit to anything, you receive a written quote with all deliverables listed — no surprises and no hidden costs.
How do I book a shoot?
Send a message through the form, by email or by text. Once we agree on the scope and date, your booking is secured with a signed agreement and a 50% retainer; the balance is due on or before the shoot day.
I don't have a detailed brief. Is that a problem?
Not at all — most clients don't. Tell me what your business does and what the content is for (website, social media, ads), and I'll come back with a simple plan and shot list before the shoot.
What exactly will I receive?
Finished, professionally edited files. The exact number of photos and the video length and formats are fixed in your quote before the shoot, so you know precisely what you're paying for. Photos are delivered in high resolution through an online gallery; video in the formats you need for your website and social channels.
How long will delivery take?
Most commercial projects are delivered within 5–7 days of the shoot. If you have a hard deadline, mention it when booking — rush delivery can often be arranged.
Can I use the photos and video for my marketing?
Yes. Your quote includes a commercial license to use the delivered content on your website, social media and marketing materials. If you plan something beyond that — for example, resale or a large billboard campaign — we'll agree the terms upfront.
Do you provide RAW (unedited) files?
No. A RAW file is an unfinished product, like undeveloped film. Professional editing and color grading are part of the service, and the files you receive are finished and ready to publish.
Where are you based, and do you travel?
I'm based in Calgary and shoot across Alberta. Any travel costs are included in your quote upfront — again, no surprises.
What if the weather turns bad before an outdoor shoot?
Light weather rarely stops a shoot and can even help the photos. If conditions make a shoot impossible or unsafe — a heavy storm or extreme cold — we simply move it to the nearest available date.
